Seminar workshop with 5th Degree and guardian Frankie Cooper on Saturday 23rd May from 1-5pm at St Hildas church hall, Courtrai road, Brockley SE4 1PL
Summary: This is a great opportunity to learn from one of the styles most experienced and knowledgable sifu's. Proceeds will go to the Lau Gar trust.

- Short Range Power Generation – Introducing some Gings and the concepts of relaxed power to maximize how much power you can deliver.
- Tendon Strengthening Exercises - Tendons join our muscles and bones together. It is important to have strong tendons so that the force a muscle produces is delivered efficiently. The elasticity in tendons also allows stored elastic energy to be built up during movement, which can help us to deliver explosive power without requiring additional muscular strength.
- One & Two Step Sparring – Using your Lau Gar techniques to intercept/negate and counter predetermined strikes to enable students to build up the skills to be able to defend against spontaneous strikes (i.e. in a self-defence situation).
- Applications – Some tips on how to unlock applications in the sets.
